I get asked a lot about how I got my start as an artist.
They say truth is stranger than fiction… here is my truth. I’ve always been a creative type, and my journey as a fine artist started since a young age. It all started with a college competition when I was only 13 year old, it was an open completion of creativity, and we’ve been free to make anything.
I decided to make a painting, as I had always enjoyed drawing and creating portraits of my family. So I picked up a paintbrush and haven’t put it down since.
And if you’re wondering about the competition, yeah I did it ! I did win the prize 🙂

How I create art
My creations are vibrant, interpretive, and free-flowing. As a self-taught artist, I’ve honed my style through exploring the dynamic interplay of paints and pigments, inspired by nature’s colors and movements that uplift mood and emotion. I blend fluid techniques with textured brushwork and light-catching metallics for depth and intrigue.
My work is fueled by the positive energy I draw from experiences, exploration, nature, and often, music. I believe art carries the energy of its creation, and through my colors, techniques, and mindset, I aim to infuse each piece with joy and positivity, so it can bring that same energy into your space.
My past works now live with collectors across the country and abroad.
